Chuck now spends most of his time on pricing, reviewing & negotiating contracts for new homes as well as acquisitions of new properties, and on the development of the properties currently in progress working with the various towns, engineers, architects and surveyors involved in the developing of those properties. Mike, the youngest son of Chuck & Sherry's, is currently the Operations Manager, and takes care of most of the hands on work in the field and on the jobsites by coordinating the subcontractors and suppliers. With an impressive athletic background most notably as a professional football player in the Arena Football League, teamwork, commitment, and refinement are very familiar concepts to Mike and manifest themselves in jobsite attitude and atmosphere. His customers relation skills are outstanding, evidenced by the many "Thank you" letters and letters of Commendation from the numerous satisfied C&S Construction, Ltd. customers. Jeff, a brother-in law, of Chuck & Sherry's, works with Mike in Operations helping in the scheduling of materials, sub-contractors and if the need should so arise, exert his talents as an electrician, framer or plumber, a valuable asset to any home building company. Sherry works in the office and acts as Office Manager, but spends most of her time coordinating the financing for the jobsite operations making sure paperwork is acceptable and where it needs to be and when, as well as overseeing the operations of the office. Jean & Tara both, Chuck & Sherry's nieces, work in the office with Sherry helping to keep the correlation between jobsite schedule and customer selections flowing, and overall keeping the office operating smoothly. Both are valuable assets to the company and the office would not operate as efficiently without either one of them. By being such a tightly knit group, C&S Construction, Ltd. accounts for the intangibles and provides a final product that is more functional and appealing for their new homeowners. This is accomplished through a collaboration of diversified ideas where all (everyone), has an opportunity for input, the exploration of new ideas and new designs are always welcomed.
